I am unable to open WildTangent Games. Can you help me?

If you have problems with the application, simply download the new package and install it. It's advised to remove the current version of the software from your computer. You can remove the application with the help of Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
I have repeatedly installed, uninstalled, and re-installed a game that I have purchased - which I have an unlock code for - but Windows does not let me open this game, no matter what I try. I have been in e-mail contact with the customer service for almost 2 weeks, and no solution has been found.

If the game cannot be started, uninstall the program and then use CCleaner to clean the registry files. After this operation, make sure that DirectX and Visual C+ Runtime are installed in your computer. There is also the possibility that the game became incompatible with your PC because of system updates. The official developer should be able to issue you a CD or something related.
Unfortunately, according to the information that you can find on the developer webpage, WildTangent works only with Windows or Android. There is no reliable information that can assure you this application runs on your iPad. Therefore, for more information, I suggest you to send an email to the developer.

The black screen error is caused by your video card drivers. In order to fix it, I suggest you upgrade the drivers. For this purpose, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's web page. Also make sure you have installed the latest DirectX. For further details, check the WildTangent Support page.
Just download a new package and install it over your old one. The application's files will be updated and you don't need to worry about the notification any more.

You can't find a compatible DirectX 3D device because this actually belongs to your graphic card which is not powerful enough to run the game. You might need to upgrade it if you want to play this game.
Still not able to play these games or any other game. My daughter bought Crazy Chicken again thinkig it would help but it didn't help. Is there any way you can remove these 2 games because I am not able to do it?

The easiest way is to completely uninstall the products and then use a registry cleaner to delete the obsolete entries and, when the process is finished, download the games you have paid for. Alternatively, make sure you have the latest versions of Flash and DirectX.
