If you have problems with the application, simply download the new package and install it. It's advised to remove the current version of the software from your computer. There is no reliable information that can assure you this application runs on your iPad. Therefore, for more information, I suggest you to send an email to the developer.

The black screen error is caused by your video card drivers. In order to fix it, I suggest you upgrade the drivers. For this purpose, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Display tab, check your video card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer's web page. Also make sure you have installed the latest DirectX. For further details, check the WildTangent Support page.
Just download a new package and install it over your old one. The application's files will be updated and you don't need to worry about the notification any more.

You can't find a compatible DirectX 3D device because this actually belongs to your graphic card which is not powerful enough to run the game. You might need to upgrade it if you want to play this game.
Still not able to play these games or any other game. My daughter bought Crazy Chicken again thinkig it would help but it didn't help. Is there any way you can remove these 2 games because I am not able to do it?
